The All Projects Dashboard gives you a portfolio-level view of every project in one place. Use it to monitor costs, documents, timesheets, and financial performance across all your active projects without switching between individual project views.
Accessing the All Projects view
Select All Projects from the project selector at the top of the screen. The dashboard refreshes to show aggregated data across all projects you have access to.
Cost Report
Aggregated cost performance across all projects. Supports the same date range, interval, grouping (by cost code or metric), and saved view options as the single-project cost report.
Filters
Each section supports its own filters:
Date range — Filter by a custom period or a preset (month to date, year to date, etc.)
Cost code — Narrow to specific cost codes across all projects
Project — Filter down to a subset of projects
Date range filters persist when you switch between sections.
Switching to a single project
Select any specific project from the project selector. The app restores your last active screen for that project.
